Who We Are
Jugalbandi (also known as New Gen Livelihood Plus Private Limited or NGLP) is a for-profit Company of India registered under the Company Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) and rule 18 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014.
With its registered office and headquarter in Kolkata, the company has been operational in Eastern India including West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and UP. The company is committed to empowering small-scale producers by providing access to advanced, environmentally-friendly, and organic farming technologies. This not only boosts farmers' productivity but also integrates them into New Gen’s comprehensive supply and food chain network.

Our Journey
2018: Foundation Laid
- Registered on 13th April 2018 in Kolkata.
- Founded by Mihir Sahana with two young women entrepreneurs and two seasoned bankers.
- Set up with the idea to build profitable yet inclusive businesses supporting rural livelihoods.
2019-21: Seeding, Building & Resilience
- Partnered with SHG federations for financial literacy.
- Registered under FSSAI, MSME, and began building rural supply chains.
- Turnover peaked to ₹68.2 lakhs.
